Born and raised in Detroit, I'm the youngest of two siblings. My mother, a nutritionist, and my father, a teacher, instilled in me a love of gardening, healthy eating, and community service. I attended the University of Michigan and studied Communications before starting my career in non-profit fundraising and community gardening. My passion for supporting neighborhood food access led me to become Director of Major Gifts at the food bank where I volunteered. Seeing the increased need during the pandemic inspired me to run for Congress to ensure families have access to the nourishment they need.

LGBTQ+ Rights Protections

As a candidate for Congress in Michigan, I stand firmly in support of LGBTQ+ rights to ensure equal protection under the law and to promote dignity, respect, and understanding for all people, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity.

Environmental Protection

As a resident of Michigan, I understand the importance of protecting the environment and its resources for future generations. If elected, I will fight against climate change and work to ensure that our state remains a healthy and vibrant place to live.

Reproductive Rights

As a strong advocate for reproductive rights, I, Lindsley Hall, am running for Congress to ensure that every woman in Michigan's 10th District has access to safe and legal abortion, including by restoring federal protection for Roe v. Wade.
